WebMD Professional Publishing (later Medscape) is the leading online global destination for physicians and healthcare professionals worldwide, offering the latest medical news and expert perspectives; essential point-of-care drug and disease information; and relevant professional education and CME.
Between 2001 and 2007 I was a Lead UX/UI designer on many projects for WebMD in collaboration with Contegra Systems - a technology firm specializing in the design, development, and management of search and data-driven applications.
For WebMDÂ Professional Library redesign, we worked with the dtSearch Engine able to index over a terabyte of data in a single index, as well as create and instantly search an unlimited number of indexes.
